HELP US "Raise the Roof"
Last fall it was determined our church needed a new lower roof, new upper roof, a new furnace and air conditioning unit for the Parish Center and tuck pointing for the steeple. Estimated costs are approximately $95,000.
The lower roof and furnace and AC repairs have been completed with the rest of the work beginning in the spring.
We need your help to help finance this work.
If you would like to help with a contribution, just click on the link below and follow the instructions to donate.
Master Card, Visa, American Express and PayPal accepted
It's just that easy to help our parish raise funds for our roof repairs.
Please share our Go Fund Me page on your social media. Thank you!

Illinois Invest in Kids Act
St. Joseph Catholic School is greatly encouraged that this new scholarship program has the potential to significantly benefit many of our families in need of financial aid and allow new families to experience the benefits of a Catholic education at St. Joseph.
These K-12 scholarships are based on financial need, not how well a child does in school; funding will be provided by donor taxpayers who donate to the scholarship organization.
Applications will be available January 24, 2018.
We will continue to closely follow developments and keep you informed.

Faith Forward: Building our Blueprint for Catholic Schools
For the past 11 months, the Diocese of Rockford with expertise of professional consultants from the Meitler group, have worked to form a strategic plan for Catholic Schools in our diocese now called Faith Forward: Building our Blueprint for Catholic Schools. A draft of that strategy was shared with Pastors, Catholic school principals and educational commission members and leaders during a Catholic School summit meeting on Oct. 27, 2016.
We have reached the point in this process where the draft strategy is ready to be shared for public response. You are invited and encouraged to read the document posted here and to share your comments and suggestions.
Click here to read the draft.
Send your feedback to FaithForward@RockfordDiocese.org. Please include your name, parish and city and/or your school and city and a return email address.
